Shipping and Returns Policy
We Offer The Fastest Shipping Available in the United States
Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 5-24 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency. However, due to the holiday season, delays are to be expected.
Your product should arrive within 5 to 10 Business Days to a USA address (If it’s a high demand product please allow up to 15 days before contacting customer support). Other Countries vary but typically between 10-30 days due to customs
For expedited orders, your order should arrive in 2-3 business days to an USA address. For other countries, it could vary from 5-20 business days due to customs.
Please note that the delivery times are excluding the 1 day handling time applicable to all orders
Orders are immediately sent to fulfillment. Unfortunately, once orders are placed we cannot make changes or cancel.

When you contact us for returns we will require:
- Proof of purchase
- Photo(s) of Damaged Goods/Item(s)
- Reason for Return
If the product is found to be defective, we will replace with working product(s). This falls under our 30 Day Quality Assurance Guarantee.
If you still wish to return we have a 15 Day return policy. Once we receive the item we will either issue a replacement unit or in store Credit via giftcard.
- All items should be shipped back in new condition
- To avoid lost items, we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method for your returns
- If items are not received a refund cannot be processed
- We are not responsible for packages getting lost on the way to us
- Once items are received please allow 3-4 business days for the returned items to be inspected in and processed
- All returns will be charged a 20 percent restocking fee and all shipping costs are non-refundable
- Shipping and gift wrapping charges will not be refunded.
Return Policy Details:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received your goods, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The restocking fee for any product that is received in open-box condition will be higher than 20% and will depend on the condition in which the product is received back at our warehouse.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
Proof of purchase can be presented in two ways
- Email address and order number
- Pictures of items received
Replacement / Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please provide pictures of damaged shipped goods.
